At Calevora, I focus on shaping the bigger picture.  I stay closely involved in the growth of the business; advising on expanding, building systems and automate processes with Ai which make operations smoother, in addition to helping the business to explore new markets and opportunities. From improving customer experience to keeping our digital presence sharp, I stay behind the scenes, making sure things are moving in the right direction.

Current Project:

Lately, I've been working on developing #Calevoracoin, our unique loyalty program at Calevora. The idea is to reward customers with ( physical and/or digital) points that feel like a real currency , something they can earn, collect, and eventually redeem for discounts or even to cash out. I’m building the system in a way that can grow into something even bigger in the future, possibly a tradable token. From the logo design to the user experience, making sure it adds real value to our customer journey.

At M.S, I focus on growing the company by approaching new clients, building long-term relationships, and supporting the team in securing new projects.

I also work closely with the recruitment team to ensure that client needs are matched with the right candidates.

To improve our online visibility, I have contributed to the development of the website and manage our social media channels, helping the company present itself in a more professional and trustworthy way.

In addition to business development, I support the company as a financial and data analyst. I use business data to identify weaknesses, improve internal processes, and contribute to increasing revenue and overall performance
